Early arrival, late checkout & luggage

Standard check-in starts at 4:00 p.m. and checkout is by 11:00 a.m., local property time. Follow any different time already confirmed for your reservation. Complimentary early check-in is available for direct bookings when the property is ready; request it in advance and wait for our team’s confirmation. An early arrival, a late departure and luggage storage are separate requests; none is confirmed until your host agrees.

Request a different time

Message your host in the reservation conversation with your date, preferred time and whether you need access to the apartment or only somewhere for bags. Early check-in is complimentary for direct bookings when available. For late checkout, luggage storage or other booking channels, ask about availability and any fee before agreeing.

Until you receive confirmation, plan around the booked times. An access code in an earlier message does not authorize entry before check-in or after checkout.

Plan for your luggage

Ask whether bag storage is available for your particular stay. Do not leave bags unattended in a hallway, lobby or apartment after checkout without permission. If storage is unavailable, arrange another option and check its hours before travelling.

Arriving late or missing instructions

Send your expected arrival time, especially if it changes. Reopen the latest booking messages for the private arrival guide. If you cannot find the instructions, contact your host before travelling to the property. If you are already outside and access fails, follow the door-access checks and report the problem promptly.
