Guest help

Wi‑Fi is not connecting

Safe, property-independent checks to restore a guest device connection without changing the network or exposing credentials.

Use the network name and password shown in your property’s guest guide. This help page does not repeat or replace those property-specific credentials.

Try these steps in order

  1. Confirm that airplane mode is off and Wi‑Fi is on.
  2. Compare the network name character by character with the guest guide.
  3. Turn Wi‑Fi off on your device, wait ten seconds, and turn it on again.
  4. Forget the saved network, then reconnect using the password from the guest guide.
  5. Restart only your phone, tablet, or computer.

Check whether the issue is one device or the whole stay

Try a second device without changing any network equipment. If the second device connects, the problem is likely limited to the first device. Use the device maker’s official support steps linked below.

If no device can connect, contact support and report the property, approximate time the issue began, and which indicator lights are visible.

Do not reset the router

Do not press a recessed reset button, unplug unfamiliar equipment, change the network name, or change the password. A factory reset can remove the configured service and affect the next guest. Support will tell you if a simple power cycle is appropriate for that property.

When to escalate immediately

Contact support now if equipment is unusually hot, damaged, sparking, wet, or smells burnt. Do not touch damaged power equipment.
