Guest help
Safety issue or emergency during your stay
Clear guidance for emergencies, alarms, smoke, electrical hazards, urgent building issues, and non-emergency support.
For immediate danger
Leave the affected area and call 911 for fire, smoke, suspected carbon monoxide, serious injury, violence, or another immediate threat to life or safety. Follow instructions from emergency responders. Do not delay the call to contact the host first.
Alarms, gas, or burning smells
Treat every active alarm as real. Exit by the safe route, do not use an elevator during a fire alarm, and do not re-enter until authorities permit it. Do not investigate sparking equipment or reset breakers.
Urgent but not life-threatening
Contact Signature Host support promptly for a failed exterior lock, major water leak, loss of essential heat during severe cold, broken exterior window, or building damage. Include the property, your safe location, what happened, and a photo only when taking one is safe.
For noise, a minor maintenance issue, or a routine lockout without danger, use the normal support channel in the guest guide rather than 911.
