Your guest guide identifies the property’s machines, collection point, and building rules.
Laundry
Check pockets, use a small amount of suitable detergent, and do not overload the drum. If a machine stops, note the displayed code and contact support. Do not force the door, stack extra cycles, or pull a built-in machine forward.
Stop using it for leaking water, smoke, a burnt smell, or unusual banging.
Waste and recycling
Follow the labels and location in the guest guide. Bag household waste securely. Do not leave bags in halls, beside an unknown chute, or outside a neighbouring building. Montréal collection rules vary by address, so do not rely on a generic pickup day.
Ask support when an item is unclear, oversized, sharp, electronic, or hazardous.
