Review deadlines

Every guide has a review-by date. Fast-changing transit, event, price, and regulatory content receives shorter intervals. Missing a deadline fails the build instead of silently publishing stale guidance.

Update, merge, or retire

Reviewers keep a page when it has a distinct job, merge overlap into the strongest relevant canonical, and retire a page when no useful replacement exists. We do not redirect unrelated pages to the homepage.
